Yes, I know these are the most hideous Crocs ever.
When Crocs burst out on the scene a few years ago, people either loved them or hated them. I didn’t have much of an opinion because, well, I just didn’t want to be seen in them. There is no denying the fact that the first pair of Crocs were pretty hideous. They were their own shoe. Nothing could compare to them, except maybe a clog. Who wants to wear a clog in the summer?
I recently took a gander at the Croc website and I was absolutely enamored with how many different styles of Crocs there are! Have you even looked? Go look! You’ll be on the floor buying a new pair.
So, here’s a short list on why I like Crocs:
1. They are comfortable has hell – I have never slipped my foot in a more comfortable shoe than my pair of Crocs. They completely form to your foot and I feel like I’m walking on a cloud. Or in the fiery pits of Hell depending on how people snicker at them.
2. Versatility – There are a zillion different styles of Crocs now! Flats, sandals, high heels, and the standard clog. Sure, some of them look a little bit more attractive than others, but I dig how I can wear Crocs without them even looking like Crocs.
3. They float in the pool – My dog has a habit of stealing my shoes and running around the house with them. My family has left a number of pairs of shoes outside in the evening to find in the morning that one has been taken away by the magical shoe fairy, Dave-the-Dog. The best is that he can drop them in the pool and they float on alright!
Keep on hating on the Crocs, my friends. I’ll buy all of them.

Let’s get real Erin, only plus-size girls like us can rock the Crocs… the round shape accentuates our curves. Skinny bitches should stick to flapping around in flip-flops.
